Well it was cold and windy at Walker Pass for the 4 days i was up there a good time was had by all. Lots of the hikers were not well prepared for the storm system they were in and got rides into town for a warm room. Well some of them took a zero at the "Walker Ruck" so they were counted twice we fed maby 15/25/30 hiker folks dinner for the 3 nights i was up there and about half of those #s went directly into town.Well we did not reach 50 a day we came close to that many on sat who passed thru. There was about 7 trail angle folks up there helping with rides and buying the food and water for the hikers. When i left we put 25 gallons of water up to the regester as the water was turned off at the campground. Weather was much nicer this morning so one of my friends was making milk shakes as i left today.
