[pct-l] Where to buy Instep Crampons!

A couple hikers I met last year used the Katoola Micro Spikes.  I just 
purchased a pair at REI but haven't used them yet.  One of the hikers that 
used them just emailed me and said she loved them especially through the 
Sierras.
