[pct-l] Water reports

I just received and posted some great water info for Section E (thanks!)
and have had a few small updates for Sections A and the south part of B.
I've heard nothing for the north part of B, or C or D. I would expect a
significant amount of snow still on San Jacinto and similar elevations. 
 
If you get out on the trail, send a water update to "water" At
"4jeffrey" Dot net.
