The Pasayten will almost certainly be snow.  From Harts Pass to Chelan, expect major route finiding issues; steep and possibly unstable snow conditions; and probable late season snow storms.  Hwy 20 - N Cascades Hwy does not generally open until early May and then there are 10+ foot high snow banks along the road.  The road usually slides shut at least once after it is plowed out.  Expect the open slopes to do the same.

 

If one survives that section, the Glacier Peak region will still be deep in snow too.  The detour which crosses the Chiwawa River will be deep, cold, and fast.  Then there is the Alpine Lakes area which has snow until late June or early July.  The Kendall Katwalk and Chikamin Ridge can get really exciting with snow on them.
