[pct-l] Canada Permit application returned undeliverable

Thank you everybody for your comments!! I think it's the missing CANADA that got me in trouble (I used the "Forever liberty bell" stamp). But I wonder where my little envelope has been for the last month...poor thing looks like it was really put through the ringer.
Again, I really appreciate everybody's tips: I'm going to use the return address that you-all said was on the envelope you go back from the Canucks. Crazy Canucks.
