[pct-l] meeting up with the herd

Hey Lime,

I am starting my hike at the border on the 17th and therefore will be in
section A on the 20th. I know it will be hot in the desert and you won't get
the whole herd community, but if you want to hike with somebody I would be
happy to meet up with you somewhere.

How long are you planning to hike for? My goal is all of California by the
end of August and as far as possible in Oregon by the end of September.

I am starting this late since I will be finishing school next week. But
despite the heat, I am definitely of the opinion that hiking in the herd is
worse for the environment, even if it is socially more enjoyable. Hopefully
I will move fast enough to catch some new friends.

I am starting the trail in a few weeks and am interested in meeting up with
the bulk of the through-hikers.
