[pct-l] Hwy 2 reopening

   I rode this area yesterday and the visitors center had it posted to
open on the 20th. There should not be a need to walk the road from what
I saw. There is still snow on the north face of Baden-Powell above
7200, and at that point it was patchy. Due to riding stock with a mule
behind I was not inclined to go past the patch since it was in a narrow
part of trail that could create problems for me and would hit more snow
soon. The hikers I talked to coming down did not say it was a problem
going across the snow, and it was melting due to the warm temps. And
with all the foot traffic going up and down it will have a well beaten
path.

Also from hikers I talked to it is good going from the 15 to Baden-Powell
with a couple smaller trees that are not a problem. Will be clearing those
in a couple weeks.
