[pct-l] Out of Contact Hikers on PCT

Bill, I definitely appreciate all the help and links and suggestions, 
Hopefully at some point in the near future that damn Spot unit will decide 
to work and we wont have to worry any longer.... I was led to believe this 
spot unit was the best thing going, but it seems it too has its flaws..
