[pct-l] Trail Closed at Belden

The detour I posted was used in 2000, older than I thought. I found a
couple trail journals that mentioned it but no detailed description beyond
what I posted. Questions then include brush overgrowth and water
availability. Still, sounds tempting if I get shut out. But, the feds
getting the trail open would sound even better!
