Actually I was born in Atascadaro (south of San Jose)  and spent 20 years of
my adult life working throughout the whole State of CA. I'm now a resident
of Washington State and we have the same financial woes as California and
every other State in the US. Don't matter where you live CNN does wonders
for keeping us updated.
