We bought a Foodsaver sealing machine yesterday at Costco. In reading all the enclosed literature it states you can seal documents and they'll be dust free and water proof. If you own one or know someone who does, it could be good for carrying passport and/or birth certificate you show border patrol to get back into the US from Canada. are we there yet
