[pct-l] Purpose of a PCT FAQ

I purchased that series along with Walking the West after I first found out about the PCT. I enjoyed every minute and got me even more hooked on doing the trail.

You said it best, (for me at least.)  2008 I learned of the PCT and desided then that 2010 would be my year. The first 6 to 8 months I read lots of great information about gear, food and what to...   blah, blah, blah.... for this PCT journey.  I am officially "BORED" of reading any more of the "How to" information. After getting all my gear together and taste testing foods that I think I could eat day after day for 5 or 6 months, I am too excitied to read anymore serious information... I want some fun reading of pervious hikers experiences even if they come in backhanded and inside joke to each other... Reading these 'pokes" at one another (be it Forum style) makes April 2010 seem alot closer.
