[pct-l] Weather

You will see wind, rain, snow and low temps, maybe all at the same time.

It is even not uncommon for this to happen in the Laguna mountains in
April, in the first 100 miles of the trip.

That being said, the weather for most of the trip will be pretty good
most of the time.
