[pct-l] PCT Closure

Does the PCTA lobby to get the trail opened after fire closures? We  
had a fire in May in Santa Barbara and talk is our trails will be  
closed for a year. But this could be because they did "Aerosol  
erosion control" which is a fancy way of saying they sprayed  
cardboard gook all over the place.
