[pct-l] water reports

What I did was read the darn thing and if the water source sounded  
like it might still be there when I got there, and if it sounded like  
a reasonably easy one to find and in an advantageous location, I  
wrote the notes in my Data Book. I also wrote in my Data Book any  
instructions such as how to open the faucet or where to find the  
source. Then I didn't carry the water report with me. It is so windy  
all the time I just didn't want to rely on loose paper. I carried my  
Data Book whole.
