The PCT Update is now in pdf format................and there have been some
additions in the last 24 hours.  So, if you looked at it yesterday, you
should probably check it out again today.

Go to www.pcthandbook.com
Choose the "details" section for the PCT Handbook.
The pdf file is right there at the top.  Click and print!
