Wow, I greatly underestimated how judgmental and self-righteous a few
members of this listserv are. To be clear, I don't feel 'entitled' to
anything, nor do I think being poor is a justification for stealing(unless
someone is legitimately starving). I simply feel that if I can benefit
without doing anyone harm or infringing on anyone's rights, by breaking a
rule, I have no problem doing so. Obviously some people here do. As someone
pointed out to me, media mail is subsidized and perhaps the post office
actually loses money on it. If that is true, then my premise is wrong and I
would have to re-think whether I would be willing to cheat the system.

Anyway, I've made my point, the judgmental crowd has made theirs, and more
importantly, my original question has been answered. In the future I will
have to be careful not to offend those who are far more righteous than I.
