Talking of solar showers, ULA makes a gravity filter that has a small shower adapter nozzle that slides onto the end weighing about .25oz.  That way u get a great filter and a shower.  Full it ran for about 5 min.  The same adaptor would fit into any platapus hose if the bite valve were removed and it might cost $5.  Just something to think about.
