[pct-l] water cashe sabotage

I was at Pioneer Mail Picnic Area today. Several gallon jugs of water have been left and no sign of sabotage.

However, as stated already, the journal writer should not have seen any caches yet. He was also mistaken in his journal about the water sources in the Lagunas, which has a fair amount of water for SoCal.

If this is happening it may not be hiker related. There is a controversy in San Diego about leaving water out for migrants. Though this is usually done farther east in the desert someone opposed to the practice may see the caches and decide to destroy them.
