[pct-l] Reppin the PCT in FL

Just got this made and am pretty impressed by the quality.  I had a
pcta.orgtag holder for the back of my car but it fell apart pretty
quickly.

Paid $20 bucks for it from rockinplates.com and the guy had it in the mail
with in hours of my inquiries.  He does all sorts of custom stuff.

Just thought I would share this for any of you that are not required to have
a front tag and would like to fill that holder with something meaningful.
