Wait, that's actually a good thing, right?  I'd be happy to see the hordes
on the PCT kept down to a reasonable level.  Why, yes, I *am* an elitist
snob, why do you ask?  <grin>

I'm looking forward to the Six Million Steps video
(http://6millionsteps.com) if/when it gets published.  The three
videographers who worked on that project spent a lot of time interacting
with the hikers and the trail and seemed to really get what it was all
about.  I had the pleasure of interacting with them over a couple of days on
my section hike last summer.  The project started out focused on one
particular person but widened to cover the general thru-hiker population
when their initial subject got off the trail.  I heard a few weeks ago that
the video editing is pretty much done and they're just working on the audio
track, but I don't know if they have a release date yet.
