[pct-l] usgs maps

I just finished downloading the USGS quads covering the entire PCT to  
my phone. I tried to get at least all the quads with Halfmile's  
waypoints, and a few extra for margin where the trail cuts close to  
edges and corner.

I'll try to get the list typed up before I leave Warner Springs  
tomorrow.  This is our third Zero here, and I'm running out of things  
to do.
