[pct-l] Water update for PCT Campo to Lake Morena

Standing water only at Campo creek mile 2.5
Mile 4.3 Creeklet - DRY
Mile 12.7 Creek - DRY
Mile 16.0 Hauser Creek - VERY little standing water
Mile 20.6 Lake Morena -  Water is on at faucets in campground

Trail is very over grown and signage is almost nil.....at times we were unsure if we were on the PCT.
Daniel, can hikers bring PCT stickers on hike and post.... to make sure 3x3 timber posts have the correct PCT indicators?
My brother and I thought this would have been a good idea; if we had some, we could have posted them and to make the next hikers happy to see CLEAR signage and eliminate any confusion.
