[pct-l] sleeping pad

I have a blue foam pad from years ago. I'll lay it out and watch TV and see how 
I feel. Of course that might depend on what's on TV.

Try out sleeping on a simple foam pad at home on the ground or a 
non-carpeted floor.  See how you sleep.  I tried this a few years back and 
decided I slept no better on my ThermaRest than on the cheap blue foam pad.
