[pct-l] Rainy Pass to Border

Just finished the last section to the border (as a section hiker)-absolutely
gorgeous! Except the last 5 miles from Castle Pass-very overgrown. I went
into the Forest Service office in Winthrop to report it, and they were very
concerned, and said they'd put it on their list to try to get someone up
there to cut it back. I hope it's done before the larger group comes
through. I thought it was a shame to go all that way and have to beat
through those bushes and weeds the last bit. Also-be careful of the water in
this section. Although there is water in the 22 mile stretch the data book
reports no water, the water in sections is sparse.
