Good evening, Ron,


A number of years ago someone wrote to the “ask the expert” section of a
shooting magazine with this question:



“I’m going into grizzly country; will I be safe if I carry a .38 Special?”



The reply was:  “That all depends upon how *fast* you can carry it.”
