i'm an outdoor leader in southern australia (tas/vic) and i'm midway through
the rather hilarious process of transforming overkill safety systems with
trad gear (and packweights exceeding 30kgs at times) to a more lightweight
approach... covered in squito bites from my latest fortnight hike with year
9s in torrential rain in one of our wettest springs on record - still
debating my tarp/tent set up...
