Bee,
I've started weight lifting and boxing with a local "alternative" gym along with
as many local day hikes as I can. I am probably more focused on training because
the last 5 years have been EXTREMELY sedentary. I'm working on redeveloping all
my core strength in order to simply be as strong as I can be before hitting the
trail. The more I work the more I get my mind ready for the amazing journey
ahead of me.
Good luck with your work outs! Hope to see you on the trail.
Boomboom.
"Good work. Sleep well. I'll most likely kill you in the morning."

Subject: [pct-l] Fitness
Hello everyone
Long time reader, first time writer. I don't think I've seen any posts about
fitness for the thru. Myself and Ant are walking it in 2011 and I'd be keen to
hear any tips on getting the bode ready. We've been tramping (Kiwi for hiking)
a bit and doing the odd run but that's about it....
Many thanks
Bee :)
