the problem with that calculation is that it ignores how much of it is actually 
inert water.

even 71 Kcal an ounce ( ~1,200 per pound) is VERY high for most bread products.

i think guessing anything approaching 3,000 Kcal a pound is lofty.  pure liquid 
olive oil is only 3500 a pound

Dear giniajim

I do not know the total calories but it can be roughly estimated by
the total weight.

carbohydrate  1814 Kcal /pound
oil                  4082 Kcal /pound
walnut            3062 Kcal / pound
dried grape     1365 Kcal / pound

The calories depend on the each proportion. Very roughly speaking, it
might be 2500-3000Kcal / pound.
