[pct-l] Sprint cell service

I hope I didn't come across like I was complaining or giving Halfmile a hard
time.  He provides an excellent resource.  What I meant to say is since he
doesn't have a report card, it seems like not many people use Sprint.  That
said, I'd still appreciate any feedback.
