PMags or anyone,

Do you have an inexpensive suggestion for long pants in the desert?  I've
seen lots of plugs for the Railriders pants but they are very expensive and
Columbia type pants from REI aren't much cheaper.

For high altitude/desert hiking I suggest a long sleeve synthetic shirt for
