Hi Dave,

As mentioned by a previous post my 
http://www.gottawalk.com/shipping_fuel.htm has the current US Postal 
regulations for shipping fuel on it.

My understanding is that the Federal Highway Board (or whatever it is 
called) has tightened up on what truckers can carry on the highways. That 
may change what the postal service can accept for shipping fuels. But so far 
the posted regulations have not changed.
