[pct-l] 2009 PCT Hiker Migration

I just finished completing a more detailed analysis on the 2009 PCT hiker migration.  From the analysis I was able to make an estimate of where PCT thru-hikers were at different times of the season.  I would expect the 2010 season will follow a similar trend if nothing changes from the 2009 season.
