[pct-l] PCT Movies, Podcasts, Books, etc...

A must is "The Pacific Crest Trail, Canada to Mexico" by Clinton C. Clarke,
self-published in 1935. A lot of us are looking for one but have never seen
it. (Note this is NOT the later 1945 edition that many of us have.)
