As more and more public land agencies are requiring you to pack out your TP, I no longer pay attention to the regulations and just pack it out from force of habbit.  You are more likely to see that requirement out here in the Southwest then say New England so I understand that not everyone has encountered it before.

And I don't know about your bathroom habits, but I usually don't have any pee left after I poop to use your method.  I acknowledge your superior muscle control.
