Sorry, can't help out with a ride - but a reminder if there are no offers:
The Siskiyou STAGE from Happy Camp departs Seiad Valley @ 8:10 AM, arriving 
Yreka @ 9:30 AM (Mondays & Fridays only, but July 9 = Friday)...
Yreka to Scott Valley locations depart [8:50 AM], 11:17 AM, 2:05 PM, & 5:05 PM, 
arriving Etna @ [9:43 AM], 12:22 PM, 3:05 PM, & 5:54 PM...
(You also might consider leaving car in Etna & hitch to Etna Summit, too)
