For the PCT there are many choices now compared to a few years ago.

There are maps in the Wilderness Press PCT guidebooks, 3 volumes...  PCTA online store or Amazon.
There's the USFS 10 map series, but only 8 have been released so far...  PCTA or USFS online stores.
There's the PCT Atlas, 5 volumes...  <http://www.pacificcresttrailmaps.com/>
There's Halfmile's PCT maps...  <http://www.pctmap.net/>
There's Postholer's PCT maps...  <http://postholer.com/mapbooks/#pocket>

That should be more than enough to choose from!
