[pct-l] Trail condition ? PCT @ Hwy 3, Scott Mountain Summit

I don't know if those car camps tend to fill up in mid-week or not. This
was a driving trip I've been wanting to do for a year or so and I finally
just did it. I and the PCTers were the only ones in the campground although
I heard sounds that may have been another group camped somewhere nearby but
not in the camp. General impression is there weren't many people out
camping not that I checked out other camps.

Best bet is to call the Forests involved.

BTW, I also collected their trash, not that they had a lot, and hauled it
away too. Just one little way to lighten their load.
