[pct-l] snow in section P

I was planning on a section O hike from Burney Falls to I-5 (Castella/Dunsmuir) hike this June, but Firefly told me at the Kickoff to wait until July before even thinking about it.  Thanks for the NorCal update.  It should prove to discourage me from getting antsy about leaving too early.
