[pct-l] Nausea on the trail

My personal opinion is figure out and deal the root cause rather then masking the symptoms with drugs. I only get nauseas or experience a lack of appetite when I push too hard with physical activity beyond what my body is currently able to handle. Adding in hot weather or altitude beyond what I'm use to only stresses my body even more. If I ease slower into the activity and pace myself very deliberately, I don't have any issues. There is a reason why I start off a trip with lower miilage and a slower pace then I know I'm capable while taking very frequent breaks during the day.
