I'm planning to hike McKenzie Pass to Cascade Locks starting July 1. Can some of the list Oregonians give me some info on the likely snow conditions? I'm a desert guy who would rather not walk in that cold stuff, so hoping it has mostly turned to water. Tom Bache San Diego
