Hello, I've been to VVR twice, both times wonderful. In 04,  I was at the
cash register getting ready to buy some things and Jim told me to put a
couple of items back because there was a lot of it in the hiker barrels. He
also gave me a new tip for one of my poles. In 08 I had a resupply box there
but stayed with a friend at Florence Lake. He still gave me a beer even
though I wasn't staying there. The pontoon boat was broken and Jim let me
and a couple of other hikers take a fishing boat over to the trail, telling
us to just pull it up on shore and he would pick it up later. Good guy!!
