[pct-l] Water Section A - Scissors

Stopped by the S2 Scissors Crossing Cache today (the 14th).  The San 
Felipe Creek is still running, about 18" wide, and a couple of inches 
deep at the bridge.  It is absorbed into the creek bed within 50 yards.  
At the cache there is one unopened gallon bottle of water, and 4 with 
only about a cup of water in them.  All looked to be remnants from a 
while ago.  There was a log book there, the last person through was 
yesterday.  There were also discount slips to Stagecoach Trails Resort.  
That facility is located 2.5 miles south of the cache on S2.  If you can 
forgo the pie in Julian, you should be able to resupply here without 
issue.  They  have a  pool and laundry as well.  There website is
