[pct-l] Plantar Fasciitis

Hey Wildflower

The tape does have some kind of quality to mimic the skin. While suffering with little help from my doctor (typical) , I Googled this. I found that the reason it hurts so (^%#&^# bad in the morning is you sleep with toes pointed and that allow the muscle from your toe to your heel to contract. That step out of bed yanks it out. Even if you do stretching, you have to do that every time you get up from sitting. Using the tape method keeps the muscle stretched, much like the runners use a special sock--but it's much more comfortable. It also keeps you stretched if you're a desk jockey. Before I found this I needed a cane at work. The next day--NO CANE! Go to You tube and there's a great video on how to apply it. I healed so fast it blew my PT away! He's a hiker and a believer now.
