[pct-l] PCT Hiker Needs a Ride from Portland

When i needed to get back to cascade locks a couple of years ago, i took
greyhound to Hood River and then the CAT Shuttle from Hood River to cascade
Locks. Not the most convenient way, but it allowed me to be self sufficient
and adjust my itinerary without involving anybody.
