[pct-l] General Bear Question

The SIBBG map at
http://www.sierrawildbear.gov/foodstorage/map082609.pdfshows the
southern-most point of the control area to be Cottonwood Pass.
You can look it up on the Data Book but it’s probably around Mile-750, more
or less.
