[pct-l] Big Bear to Agua Dulce

Looking at the maps I can't tell that there are any wilderness areas between Big Bear and Agua 
Dulce that would require a permit. Am I missing something?

It's a little tough for section-hikers to figure out the permit requirements and obtain them 
...especially east coast section hikers...I call the USFS ranger offices and even they seem to 
quote conflicting information at times...
