[pct-l] What places along the trail will make me leave my pack outside?

In the process of over planning my 2011 thru attempt Ive noticed a few references to places that may make you leave your pack outside. Im not a big fan of leaving expensive stuff sitting around and was just wondering where/what types of places I may be asked to leave my pack outside. Any related thoughts welcome. Thanks, BJ
