Yoshi,
Thanks for posting the bread recipe and also for the way you preserved it for 
the trail. That is good info. I used Food-Saver bags for horse food in 2008 - I 
was to learn that they do not contain smells well enough to keep 
rodents out. When I put them (the Food-Saver bags) in OPsaks in 2009 neither 
rodents nor bears could smell food inside.  I printed your bread recipe, 
including the pictures. My wife and I will try it and also your method of 
preserving it.

The gangster cannot always  lie.  The gangster and the pirate need
sometimes truth. And I can understand your talking sometimes, because
my ancestor is a pirate in the Inland Sea of Japan.

It is very difficult for me to write in English,  but I wrote the
recipe of the bread in English. I bakes bread at least once every two
weeks. I wanted to eat my bread in JMT, so I sent it to VVR after the
sealing and boiling treatments. Please see my site.
