[pct-l] Vintage JMT Guide Book by Starr

I do remember it and carried and used it on some of my trips on the JMT.

I have later versions of this guidebook -- 11th Revised edition, 1970; and 
a Sierra Club totebook version of a later date which I can't locate just now.
